PARKER's Hair Salon & Chiropodist

Hilda PARKER ran the hair salon and her husband Ron PARKER was Ledbury's resident Chiropodist with his office above the salon.

Sam Jones - Mr Parker removed my varucca and didn't freeze the area first so just put the acid on. My Dad said he had never seen someone turn green before until then. I then passed out from the pain, I still dream about it now. I was only 8. That and the dentist not giving me enough gas and removing two teeth, I was screaming the place down and Mum they baracaded the door to stop my Mum getting in!!!

Janet Meredith - Dad used to refer to Mr Parker as the Foot Dentist as none of us could say chiropodist
